About The Role:

As a Multimedia Producer, you will focus on producing high-quality photo and video content that showcases our brand, projects, and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in capturing dynamic installation process videos, stunning drone footage of completed projects, and compelling customer testimonials to elevate our digital presence and engage our audience

Biweekly base-pay (60k - 80k depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:

Plan, shoot, edit, and produce photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns, including installation process videos, drone footage of projects, and customer testimonials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that align with brand goals and messaging.
Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring top-quality production standards.
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, email campaigns).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance content quality and innovation.
Coordinate with team members, customers, and on-site crews to capture authentic and impactful footage.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements (e.g., drone regulations, permissions, releases).

Skillset Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Drone Operation: Experience with drone videography/photography, including knowledge of FAA regulations.
Cinematography & Photography: Strong understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and storytelling through visual media.
Audio Skills: Ability to record and edit high-quality audio for video content (e.g., interviews, testimonials).
Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling narratives.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, customers, and stakeholders during shoots.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites to capture on-location footage.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse environments, from on-site installations to customer locations.

Background Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in multimedia production, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency setting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Photography, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing photo and video work, ideally including installation/process videos, drone footage, and/or customer-focused content.
Certifications: FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot Certification is a plus but not required (willingness to obtain certification is encouraged).
Bonus Skills: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or social media-specific content creation is a plus.
