Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales goals and objectives, and monitor team performance.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales team members.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market share.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the construction, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales management experience in the roofing industry
- Clean driving record
- Ability to provide consistent feedback to your employees both in the field and on a scheduled basis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience with base plus commission compensation packages a plus
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with team members and leaders
